All Purchases (except final sale items) can be returned within 90 days from the delivered date.
Kind reminder:
-Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is NOT the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
-Any return requests not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
-Any claims for misprinted/damaged / defective items must be submitted to service@jizhidolls.com within 2 weeks from the date that the item was received.
-Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
-Jizhidolls® does not refund return shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Return Process
2. Please provide your order number or email address in the email, so that our customer service can quickly find your order and process it.
3. Please indicate the reason, and provide necessary pictures if needed.
4. Our customer service will handle the issue and offer a return address if your return is eligible.
5. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund within a week. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
6. Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Refund Policy
-Any misprinted/damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund
-Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
-Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled before shipping.
-If your order has been shipped out, we cannot cancel the order in this case. If you insist on refunding for personal reasons, considering our production and postage losses, 20%-50% of the selling price may be refunded.
-If parcels are lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund
-If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
-If you provide the wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
-Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, we will issue a partial refund and offer a 50% off coupon or a free shipping coupon for you to place a new order.
Cancellation
-A confirmation email will be sent to you once you complete the order and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach us at service@jizhidolls.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
-If your order has been shipped out, we are sorry that we cannot cancel your order now.
